Beloved Husband of Eileen, Much loved Dad to Lee and Kerry, Father-in-law to Rob and Abbi, Grandad to Chelsea, Meisha, Tom, Charlie, Maisie and Jamie, Great-Grandad to Gracie-Mae.
Martin will be so greatly missed by all who knew him.
Cremation service to take place at Markeaton Crematorium, Main Chapel on Monday 16th March at 11:00am.
Family request colourful casual wear for the service.
